Do you want to earn your GED but aren’t sure if you’re ready? Do you need to brush up on your math skills to get that promotion at work? Classes are designed to cover topics on the GED and other tests, and help bring skills to the post-high school level in order to transition to post-secondary education or employment. The registration/orientation consists of assessments in reading, writing and math, an essay, learning styles and goal setting and takes between 4-9 hours to complete. How long it will take to reach your goal depends on a number of factors:
- How regularly you attend class.
- Whether or not you work outside of class.
- The math and reading skills you have practiced since school.
- How motivated you are to achieve success.
- Instruction is available in the classroom as well as distance learning. Computers are utilized in the classroom. Tutors are available during class.
